Mission Statement:

F.L.A.G. Florida Landlord Action Group

The purpose of the Broward County Landlords Association (BCLA) is to serve as a forum of education, cooperation and motivation, through an active network for Broward County Landlords, Property Managers and Maintenance Professionals to exchange ideas, information, personal experiences and resources for providing tenants with outstanding rental homes – while maximizing their business productivity and cash flow.

Board Members

Dorothy Saracino - Membership

A landlord and teacher from Canada for many years, she is on the FLAG Board of Directors as membership director.

Carolyn Hochberg, Esq. - Treasurer

Treasurer of the FLAG and serving on the board for many years, this attorney and landlord has been in practice since 1993 in real estate law. She brings to the organization the legal expertise with regards to landlord-tenant relations.

Joe Ultimo - Co-Treasurer

Full time real estate investor with experience managing rental properties for over 25 years, now serves on the board as co-treasurer. His experience in the area of managing multiple properties are essential to the organization.

Andrea Devito

This publsihed poet, writes interviews for members of the FLAG which are then publsihed to the monthly newsletter. The communication of knowledge from experienced landlords are translated into the newsletter in concise and accurate manner.

Eric Willner - President

President of the FLAG, this accomplished radio show host, landlord, mortgage broker, and overall financial expert brings to the FLAG knowledge of first hand property management through his experience managing hundreds of properties in Florida and Pennsylvania.
